Avinash is a seasoned Sales and Growth Expert, Business Consultant, and Trainer with over 25 years of experience in Sales, Operations, and Business Consulting, including 13 years in Leadership roles in the Electric Vehicles and Automobile industries. He has worked with leading organizations such as Tata Motors EV, Tata Motors Passenger Cars, General Motors, Bajaj Auto Ltd, TVS Motors Ltd, Bharti Airtel, and Infodesk Technologies.

As one of the early employees of Tata Motors Electric Vehicles, Avinash played a pivotal role in establishing and scaling the EV market in India. His strategic contributions include deploying over 25,000 EV fleet vehicles, significantly shaping the industry's growth. His expertise spans Electric Vehicles, Passenger Cars, Fleet Business (Shared Mobility), and Corporate Sales, with a strong focus on scaling operations, forging strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth.

Ramesh played a pivotal role in turnaround leadership, successfully revamping multiple dealerships to enhance financial stability. He spearheaded Tata Motors’ dealer network expansion, growing it from 550 to 1,450 touchpoints, significantly improving market reach. Under his leadership, dealer inventory funding surged 6.5x to ₹8,000+ crore in collaboration with SBI, which held over 60% market share at its peak.
A driving force in EV market development, he helped establish India's four-wheeler EV ecosystem, working closely with charging infrastructure companies to expand nationwide coverage. Now, as a strategic advisor, he mentors startups in financial strategy, go-to-market execution, and business transformation.
